As Chief Executive Officer of Onyx, Nelly Diaz is an entrepreneur with a professional background in videography and photography. She has been an active member of the Los Cabos business community since 2020. Her leadership is profoundly shaped by a vision that extends beyond quarterly reports to future generations. This forward-thinking approach is deeply personal, as she is the mother of Onyx Diaz, for whom she is building the company's legacy.

As Director of Operations, Melanie Martinez drives digital strategy and project execution. Her background in project management for digital platforms was built across diverse agencies and operational roles. This experience gives her a holistic view, making her adept at leading complex digital initiatives.
Jackelyn Rivera / Chief Community Officer Born in Guadalajara and raised in Cabo San Lucas, Jackelyn has always felt a deep connection to the ocean. At the age of 21, she discovered freediving—a practice that not only taught her to master her breath but also to live with awareness and balance. She currently leads the Community Management department at Onyx, where she designs digital strategies that inspire and connect. DJ & digital expert merging tech & wellness to create authentic connections.
Daniel Jireh / Director of Aerial Cinematography
I am a wedding photographer in Cabo San Lucas with 19 years of experience in wedding photography and cinematography, about to celebrate my 20th year in this craft. Over the years, I have worked with couples from around the world, documenting weddings in Los Cabos and at international destinations. My style is a blend of documentary, artistic, modern, natural, elegant, and emotional, creating timeless images that tell authentic love stories. As a Destination Wedding Photographer, I am available to travel and capture unique celebrations beyond Cabo San Lucas.
In addition, I am an FPV drone pilot in Baja California Sur with over 5 years of experience flying DJI drones and custom-built FPV drones. My FPV work includes weddings, tourism, brand storytelling, and creative projects, and I am now expanding into the Real Estate industry, offering immersive virtual tours of luxury properties, iconic landmarks such as El Arco, and the vibrant lifestyle of Cabo San Lucas.
My mission is to combine the artistry of wedding photography with the innovation of FPV drones, applying this technology not only to social events but also to tourism and real estate marketing, delivering visual experiences that convey emotion, energy, and authenticity.

Brings nearly two decades of experience in the creative field. Based in Los Cabos, he has honed his expertise through extensive travel, drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and global trends. Junnior is a versatile creative who specializes in solving graphic design needs for a wide range of businesses and clients. In addition to his commercial work, he is the founder and creative force behind his own clothing brand, which reflects his unique design sensibility

He engineers the complete sensory journey by masterfully blending his diverse skills: DJing sculpts the sonic atmosphere, video and photography build visual narratives, and graphic design unifies the experience.
